Patient Care Tech I (PCT I)

Position Overview
SanRo Clinical Research Group, LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Care Tech I (PCT I) to support our clinical research unit. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment while assisting with participant care and supporting daily clinical research operations. All work is performed in compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, HIPAA, and company SOPs.

Candidates must be flexible and available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Available Shifts
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and establish procedures.
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and engaged throughout the assigned shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with participants.
- Previous patient care, healthcare, or clinical research experience is required.

This position supports a clinical research unit and requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to participant safety and confidentiality.
